Kisha,
You have good information on resources and where to find good material. New teachers need to find and learn abut where to get good information on teaching and especially classroom management. This information will also keep all teachers on there toes and continuing to learn and move right along withe their students.
1. I have found this website and have been able to use this website for free. There are many teachers that can be followed and can ask questions and request information. Teachers create a profile so new users can get to know the teacher. The teachers have information about several different grade levels. Some downloaded curriculum based or classroom management material is available for free or at low cost.

It also adds information straight from students on how they stay engaged and what they like best. Teachers have a chance to look up any grade level, curriculum material, or classroom management information.
